# Nexus Chain Whitepaper

Welcome to the official whitepaper of **Nexus Chain** : a purpose-built Layer 1 blockchain protocol developed by the **WebBridge Foundation**, designed to seamlessly integrate traditional Web2 users into the decentralized Web3 world through a mobile-first, modular infrastructure.

Nexus Chain is not just a blockchain it is the foundation of a holistic ecosystem that includes smart infrastructure, real-world asset tokenization (RWA), decentralized financial primitives, and a novel concept called **Physical Consensus**, introduced via the **Earson Web3 smartphone**.
